[gmx-users] Install double precision gromacs on IA64 system

I did as
./configure ...
make
make CFLAGS=-g autocorr.o
make install
the same error occurs.

Shall I run "make CFLAGS=-g autocorr.o" directly after "./configure"?


> cd ..
> cd ..
> gmake install
