[gmx-users] Install double precision gromacs on IA64 system

Hi Erik, David,

I tried
./configure ..
cd src/tools
make CFLAGS=-g autocorr.lo
cd ../..
make
make install
succeed~

Should I run "make CFLAGS=-g autocorr.lo" when compiling single precision, 
and/or mpi version?

The single precision gmx I compiled before works abnormally. Should I 
compile it again and "make CFLAGS=-g autocorr.lo" during the installation?
