[gmx-users] WARNING: Don't know the best CFLAGS for this system

Dear gmx-users，

When I input this script(configure in directory of fftw-3.0.1) in winterm:
./configure  --enable-single --enable-threads

There is a warning as follows:

* WARNING: Don't know the best CFLAGS for this system  *
* Use  make CFLAGS=..., or edit the top level Makefile *
* (otherwise, a default of CFLAGS=-O3 will be used)    *
********************************************************

Does this have important influence on Gromacs?

How to fix this problem?
