[gmx-users] configuring fftw

Hello

Sorry if this is a very obvi9ous question but during ./comfigure of fftwv2.1.5 and v3.0.1 i receieve the message:

checking for Fortran 77 libraries...  -lmpi" -lmpi -L/opt/modules/cmplrs/intel-fc-8/8.1.030/lib -L/usr/lib -lifport -lifcore -limf -lm -lcxa -lirc -lunwind -lirc_s -ldl
checking for dummy main to link with Fortran 77 libraries... unknown
configure: WARNING: *** Couldn't figure out how to link C and Fortran; switching to --disable-fortran.

Is this okay?
