[gmx-users] nanotube and protein!

Hi,
  everyone,i am simualtiong the sysytem about interaction between nanotube and protein,when i simulate nanotube and protein seperately,they both are normal,but when i simulate the nanotube and protein composite system, the bonds and nanotube and protein are broken,who knows why? who can give me some suggestions? thanks in advance!
