[gmx-users] Compiling md_hole

Hi,

I downloaded mdrun_make_hole from gromacs.org and unpacked in gromacs
distribution folder as it said. There is said the "make in the usual
way".

I suppose, after './configure' and 'make' all gromacs package, the new
mdrun will replace my old mdrun executable in the instalation folder
(e.g. /usr/local/gromacs). Am I right ?
