It's firts time that I use this program (gromacs). So I read the tutorial of
Gromacs

I want to know about the editconf -center because i tried to run it and i did
not get outputs ("error")

I am interested to know if my out.gro file was not good (I saw that my out.gro
includes only X, Y, Z (not "box vectors").
What's my problem?
