[gmx-users] Warning/hint about Gromacs-3.3 installation

Hi,

Since most of you probably are like me and first try things before  
reading the documentation:

If you have an older from-source installation, including the betas  
and 3-3 release candidates, please remove it before running "make  
install" on the final 3.3 release.

To better comply with the linux filesystem standard and have similar  
subdirectories regardless of whether you install manually or with RPM  
packages some subdirectories have been renamed or moved. If you just  
install the new version on top of your old one it is likely you'll  
end up with duplicate files.

All RPM packages now also install into /usr by default, since that's  
what most distributions prefer nowadays.
