[gmx-users] Visualize tric box in vmd

Hi all.

Is there an easy way to visualize tric box in VMD

I used something like this:

trjconv -f  xxx.gro  -o  xxx   -ur tric  

but it gave me deformed structure.

I'm using gromacs 3.2,

Box vectors: 8 4 4 

Angels:  90 90 60

Please give me some comment on this,
