Hi I want to make hole for my channel protein in lipid bilayer. I missed one point in the documentation about inserting proteins into lipid bilayers. Must my system contain solvent(water) or it should be just bilayer using 'make_hole.pl' and mdrun (-hole) ? With best Arturas
