[gmx-users] Inter helical distance

hello gromacs users,
                    I am trying to calculate the minimum interhelical distance between two
predefined helix axis.I have predefined helix axis with their initial
point,end point and length.Now I want to calculate the minimum interhelical
distance between the two helix axis.

Can anyone shade some light on this.
