[gmx-users] Gromacs-3.14 supports x86-64 CPU ?

If insisting using 3.1.4, you shall compile it on on x86-64 directly or compile it with forced cpu type. 3.1.4 has some problem in recognizing x86-64's cpu flags.

You can run with normal SSE there.

But you shouldn't use such an old version, check the features page on
the website to see which bugfixes have been added since 3.1.4
