[gmx-users] pointer errors when compiling parallel mdrun with intel compiler

well, the fix was as easy as replacing
mpiFCC
with
mpifcc
both scripts were the same, but the name was somehow detected and the 
icpc binary then behaved as was described. with mpifcc the compilation 
went fine. i'll check the actual functionalitu tomorrow.
