Hi,
as you may know, the run input file xxx.tpr can also be stored as a
(non-portable) binary file xxx.tpb, and the full-precision protable
trajectory file xxx.trr can likewise be stored as non-portable binary
file xxx.trj. (You select these formats by explicitly using the extension).
My question is: is anybody using these formats (tpb, trj) still?
In other words can remove support for those in gmx 4.0 ?
Thanks,
--
David.
