[gmx-users] segmentation fault using g_hbond

Just looking at the output, appears that there is no time component to
your trajectory (you have used a PDB file, not a XTC or TRR) you have
plugged into the script.  So it isn't surprising that it fell over when
trying to evaluate a property that changes with time, the ACF.
