[gmx-users] mixed lipid bilayer analysis

Dear all,

I was just wondering (before I start to write my own script) if anyone
either has a script or knows of a way with existing GMX scripts to analyse
the angle between certain lipid headgroup vectors and the bilayer plane in a
mixed bilayer system?
