[gmx-users] Help, cannot compile with mpi

So two additional comments to Florians from my side:

-Did you install the header files or just the lam mpi-libraries? Header files 
are in the -dev packages.

-If you "just" need gromacs 3.3.3, it is already in hardy (will be released on 
24th. April) and debian unstable, so it might be easier to install packages 
from hardy or backport them.
