[gmx-users] Concerning DSSP

Perhaps a naive question, but are you trying to execute some sort of shell
script that specifies /path/to/dssp as the PATH to dssp?  If so, you need to
replace /path/to/dssp with the actual location (PATH) where the dssp executable
is (i.e., /usr/bin/dssp).
