hi gmx-users, I have run g_spatial and got a *.cube output file. But I don't know how to convert the *.cube file to a (x,y,z) format file in order to load it into other plot software. Any suggetion is appreciated Jinyao Wang wangjy at ciac.jl.cn 2009-02-25
