[gmx-users] parameters for Phosphorylated threonine and serine

[nikhil damle]

*.tar gives error during extracting saying that it is not a .tar archive.

The ffG43a1p tarball is available under User Contributions on the Gromacs website:

http://www.gromacs.org/index.php?title=Download_%26_Installation/User_contributions/Force_fields

As I recall, there were some formatting problems with some of the files (they were made under a very old Gromacs version, and some formatting has since changed).  If you run into problems, you may contact me off-list; I should have the corrected files.
