Something within the PATH setup is wrong. There is a clear typo in the line
above (I'm guessing you mean "gromacs", not "gromac", right?)
>From the lines in the .bashrc it seems like it should work, so it's hard to
pinpoint the exact problem, but it's probably a typo somewhere, or a clash with
some other specified PATH.
