[gmx-users] Using gromacs 4.0.5 built with FORTIFY_SOURCE feature

Thank you for the information,

Well, This means FORTIFY_SOURCE is not the reason for the buffer overflow.
Anyway, I just build gromacs without  FORTIFY_SOURCE feature.

Fortunately, the system seems not broken. I already checked HDD and memory
and found no problems.
