[gmx-users] help regarding gromacs

I am working on Gromacs 3.3.1, but when i run the simulation i got the
*Warning:
1-4 interaction between 12 and 19 at distance 1.469 which is larger than the
1-4 table size 1.000 nm These are ignored for the rest of the simulation This
usually means your system is exploding,if not, you should increase
table-extension in your mdp file.*
*But the mdp file i m using have no parameter named table-extension.So
please tell me how to get rid of this warning.*
