[gmx-users] naive question about the c-terminus

Perhaps I should also add that the N-terminus is working fine. I have two hydrogen molecules bound to the nitrogen on the N-terminus, and Gromacs can read that fine. I can also ask it to make the terminus NH3, and that works fine too.
