               In SMD c an i Compare Profiles (curves) of  pullf.xvg with hydrophobic and Hydrophilic  interaction  Is there is any relation ?  
it means  will pulling force vary with respect to  nature of interaction between pulling group and fixed group in SMD? Kindly explain
