[gmx-users] Gromacs Topologies

Hi,

I have updated the MKTOP script that was developed a few years ago.

Now it can generate gromacs topology files for the forcefields amber03 and opls-aa.

If anyone would like to use it, it can be found on www.aribeiro.net.br/mktop
