Hello,

when executing this command g*rompp -f pull.mdp -c npt.gro -p topol.top -n
index.ndx -t npt.cpt -o pull.tpr
d  ,fatal error is giving that  "Group reference not found in indexfile.*
"................

Why am i getting this error??
