[gmx-users] genconf command

Dear cuong nguyen..
I think use following commands.

 Try editconf -rotate  <for rotaion angle along axis>
along these use -center < co-ordinate > if you want to place canter of
box at particular position

Try editconf -translate <For translation along axis >
