The pullx.xvg files contain helpful information in this case - the COM position 
of the reference group and restrained group along the restrained dimension(s). 
This should be what you're looking for, correct?

The WHAM algorithm doesn't care about the absolute position of anything, it's 
the COM distance between the restrained and reference groups that matter.  It's 
that figure that should motivate how the windows were constructed and then analyzed.
