[gmx-users] RMSF: protein flexibility

as i want to analyse the local protein mobility, i used
g_rmsf -s md.tpr -f traj.xtc -oq

but its showing can not open file md.tpr...can anyone please suggest me from
where to get md.tpr file ???/
