  I am Doing Lipid Protein Simulation .  As stated in your Website for Protein Lipid Tutorial  I  have Downloaded 

DPPC.pdb . and Did simulation As per Procedure ?  My Question is 


 Instead of Taking DPPC.pdb   Can i take Following  Pdb  for Embedding Protein in Lipid Medium 
    dppc128_npat.pdb    128 DPPC lipids and 3655 water molecules. 1 ns of constant area at 0.629 nm^2.
