[gmx-users] pdb files from trajectory

Dear gmx users,

I' d like to get pdb files from trajectory, then used the trjconv, 


# trjconv -f trajout.xtc -o out.pdb -sep


It gives fatal error as this:
Can not open file:
topol.tpr
