Hi all I want to simulate protein-fatty acid-AU complexs by OPLSAA force field. But OPLSAA force field, hasn't any parameter for fatty acid. Can I use CHARMM fatty acid parameters in OPLSAA force field? Anyone has better suggestion? Fatemeh Ramezani
