[gmx-users] ngmx not installed in gmx4.6.1

Dear gmx users,

I had installed gromacs 4.6.1 using cmake. All the binaries are installed,
but surprisingly I do not find ngmx executable. Can anyone guide me how do
I install ngmx using cmake.
