[gmx-users] error in running perl distance.pl

Hello sir....

While runnimg command for "perl distance.pl" in umbrella sampling it gives
the following  error

"Use of uninitialized value $distance in concatenation (.) or string at
distance.pl line 30.
readline() on closed filehandle IN at distance.pl line 16."

Can you guide me in rectifying the error
