Hi, The segmentation fault error occurs immediately after I enter the command, like pdb2gmx. Using cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug doesn't work. That error occurs on version 5.0, not in 4.5.7, so I guess I should announce you about that. Version 4.6 isn't tested.
