[gmx-users] My box size canges somehow

I don't mean to be inopportune, but isn't this something that should be on
the Amber mailing list instead? Now, I don't think I understood your
question 100% since it needs better explanation of the problem, but judging
by the title, what kind of ensemble are you using? I mean, NPT will
obviously change your box size since volume is not constant. Maybe the
answer is that simple.
