[gmx-users] Over Clocking CPU on GROMACS

Hello GROMACS users,

I am just wondering wether there is significant difference in performance between GROMACS on over clocked CPU vs GROMACS on non clocked CPU? Is possible to over clocked CPU on GROMACS. This is important for me as i am going to build a computer with or without over clocking capability.

Second, which is more important in deciding GPU in GROMACS, the more CUDA cores or the higher computing ability?
