[gmx-users] query regarding coarse grained simulation of a peripheral membrane protein

Hi Antara,

You should already have a topology file for your protein. Add the lipids to
it.
You don't state which force field you use, but if it's Martini, then you
need to include the martini lipid topology file. Then, if you built the
membrane with insane, it will have printed the lines to add at the end of
the topology, listing the lipid types and numbers.
