The only thing that you can do about this is to learn from the experience and in the future, copyright everything that you create and distribute.  Then nobody can "plagiarize" your work without your permission.

As some of you know, some years ago I developed an extensive Gromacs tutorial (at the University of Utrecht). That work has caught they eye of educators, and now the tutorial is published as an educational paper! Just kind of funny that I'm not an author.
