[gmx-users] command line issue

Hi,

One needs to extend the gmx wrapper binary to write a
"gmx-completion.whatever" file that the shell can be taught in GMXRC to use
to understand what things are possible, and that this automatically stays
working in the future. Those that exist currently are in the same directory
as GMXRC.
