[gmx-users] recognition two phase in gromacs

Hello every body

I have a question, How does gromacs recognize different phases?

There are carbon nanotube , polymer and solvent in my system, if temprature would be lower than Tg of polymer, does gromacs define polymer as a solid?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
