[gmx-users] How to hold CG bead together

Hi all,

I am  trying to simulate bare gold nanoparticles using Martini CG. After
equilibration the beads gone away from each other. These beads are
connected by non-bonded interactions. I am not interested in position
restraints but want the beads to stay connected so that it seems to be a
gold nanocrystal.
