[gmx-users] Differentiate of aggregation of precipitation in MD simulation

Dear all,

I am simulation the aggregation of HULIS like molecule. 
However I would like know if there is way in Gromacs to analyse if these bunch of molecules gather together because 
of aggregation or precipitation?
