[gmx-users] non-bounded parameters

Dear gmx-users,
I got the following note while producing my run input file:
"Generated 279 of the 1953 non-bonded parameter combinations"
I should say that I am using a recently developed force field and I know that some third-body potentials are not defined in it. I am not sure if it is the main reason or not and how to be sure everything is in the right place. Can anyone give me a hint ?
