[gmx-users] Problem in installing GROMACS 2018

Hi Mark,
Yes, I used that and I have no idea what happened.
First I removed old version then downloaded 2018 version and used these
commands:

tar xfz gromacs-2018.1.tar.gz
cd gromacs-2018.1
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNLOAD=ON
make
make check
sudo make install
source /usr/local/gromacs/bin/GMXRC
