[gmx-users] Tool for two-dimensional cylindrical pair correlation function ?

Dear all,

 

I am looking for some tool to evaluate the pair distribution function in an
environment that is not 3d isotropic, but rather has a cylindrical symmetry,
so the interest is to find distribution of objects at a given distance from
the axis and angle on the plane perpendicular to the axis.

Can somebody suggest some tool?
