Hello

Where is "DGPU_DEPLOYMENT_KIT_ROOT_DIR" located?
Is it: (1) /usr/local/cuda    or is it
        (2) /usr/local/cuda-10.1
I have not created any symbolic links.
Also what is the best way to recompile Gromacs? Can I simply go to "gromacs-build" and delete the "CMakeCache.txt" followed by cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON .... or is this wrong?
