[gmx-users] generating Doxygen documentation

Hi,

When they succeed, the doxygen targets produce files like

$builddir/docs/html/doxygen/html-*/index.xhtml

which you can open in your browser. The doxygen for the released versions
is on the web however, so it's much easier to just use or refer to that.
