Hi,

You can download a linux version from

http://www.cmbi.kun.nl/swift/dssp/

Although you'll have to rename the binary to 'dssp'. It works perfect
with 3.1 beta, and from what I've heard it's also working with 3.0 if
you set the environment variable properly - check earlier list postings!
